creo que esta película es una prueba de que en realidad nunca terminamos de conocer a las personas, sin embargo llegan a ser parte importante en nuestra vida!!!
Interesting. Unusual movie. I like Jennifer Garner, which helps a lot, and the guys were all good charachters
Gray Wheeler (Jennifer Garner) at her fiancé, Grady's funeral. They're supposed to get married but due the accident during his bachelor party. Fritz (Timothy Olyphant) isn't realizing Gray is in there when she pullback the curtain to startling Fritz with help from from Grady's friends Dennis (Sam Jaeger) & Sam (Kevin Smith). Dennis reveals he has feelings for Gray when he find out Gray & Fritz are an item.
An interesting little film that rides high whenever Garner lights up the screen, lovely low key ending as well.
Like most romantic movies, I found the plot sort of predictable and at first the hookups were making me angry because I wasn't too fond of the characters. However, there was some amusing scenes, not to mention some great scenery.
The living arrangements of Gray (Jennifer Garner) and all her fiancé's friends -- even her fiancé's best friend is somewhat strange - they all live together in a house.
This movie is great -- the type where everyone grows up a bit during the movie. I saw it a second time a year after the first, and enjoyed it more the second time. Its amazing how much I forgot though.
compelling at times... continue to watch even though I knew what was probably going to happen. Do not know why I like this movie. Perhaps becuase we all have things about ourselves we hope nobody will ever know. perhaps not! Check it out and let me know.
A beautiful story of love, loss, truth and friendship. Wonderfuly heartfelt and inspiring. Fantastically cast and superbly written, this drama truely is a must see.
Tihis is a very good movie and i really enjoly watching this movie and it is one of my favorite movie and I really like the endind of the movie because Gray was happy and she was in love with Fritz and I think so cool how she ended up felling for Fritz and Fritz ahd fell for her.
I really liked this movie...Jenifer Garner is so cute and was good in the lead. For me this was just a little reminiscent of the movie The Big Chill, which I liked a lot too.
In a way it kind of reminded of me PS I Love You, except the late boyfriend/husband had secrets.....I thought it was pretty good still.
Nice, but slow, predictable love story. But the characters are much better developed than your typical romance.
It was too long but interesting sometimes.. Olyphant looks better with hair than without (hard to guess he will be Hitman after that)
i liked how it took place in boulder, colorado. all the characters names were really unique! i mean gray, fritz, grady! it was obvious at least to me that they were going to hook up and that the other guy, i cant rememeber his name right now, that he liked her. that part was kind of sad.
mattie's mother was hilarious! i mean w/her and the whole massage therepist and chi thing! then she gets her own child mcDonalds! fritz's house is beautiful. living in malibu would be awesome! but for some reason his character just doesnt seem like the guy to have a big house and for it to look like that.
A woman, refusing to accept her fiancé's death, goes on a healing trip with friends. Soon enough, her fiancé's secret past reveals itself. A heartfelt story with the darling Jen Garner.
a total chick flick, i know, but i've fallen for it. starring a couple of my very favorite people in the business, and complete with the obligatory heart-wrenching 'mushy' moments, i can't resist this film. absolutely love it. by the way, tim olyphant and jennifer garner have great chemistry. hope they will make another film together sometime in the near-future.
This was a cute little film. The cast had great chemistry and the story was almost the right mix of salty (i.e. sad) and sweet. Moreover, oh man, Timothy Olyphant, I have written it before and I will write it again, you are one fine looking man. Your acting's not too shabby either.
Not the best Jennifer Garner chick flick. Was not impressed at all. Glad I forgot to see this when it was a the theaters.
08/12/08--Gave this one another chance since I caught it on cable. I guess it's not too bad. Tacked on another star and a half but that was only due to Timothy Olyphant.
A Cute little movie that was just ok. A Lot of twists in the movie that you wouldn't expect. Just ok though
If you're down for a chick flick that starts out depressing and becomes ever increasingly upbeat, this one's for you.
I think it was a good little movie with a good cast. I'm a Timothy Olyphant fan. I have sort of liked him more when he has played a low life wise-ass though lol. Still it was probably his better performance of anything else he did in 2007. Kevin Smith and Jennifer Garner do good work as well.
This movie comes up "short". Feels like there's something missing. If you like Jennifer Garner, you'll like this film simply because she's in it. If you're not a big fan of hers, then you'll only feel disaapointed.
One of the most average, forgettable, anti-climatic films in existence.
But hey, great use of the song "Razor" from the Foo Fighters at the begin which saves this movie from being scrapped to my "Movies So Bad They're Really Bad" List.
Have to agree with the last person. People are looking too far into this.. The movie doesn't promote cheating. Cheating happens in real life, and it's just portraying how the girl is dealing with it.
I don't understand all the negative comments and criticism about this movie. I mean don't take it for any more than it is for crying out loud. It's just a nice little story that albeit rare, it possibly could happen in real life. People are human and have unexpected human emotions at unexpected times but that's not the point anyway. At least she found out more about her lost love and she found out more about his friends and herself. Just let'em be happy and go with the flow, lol.
