    Mongol is the beginnings of Genghis Khan, a great teaser for the sequels I can taste already. I have only heard how brutal Genghis Khan was but this film shows in fact he was a boy and a man driven by love. Making me want to read more on this part of history. The sounds and visuals in the fight scenes are incredible. The cinematography, acting and music had my attention.

    a long, continous, hoomei <3 mongolian eyelids, wonderful children with wonderful red cheeks, steppe, tadanobu asano as you've never seen him before (just kidding, he seems to go only for characters with terrifying slovenly outer face ahah) war! war with blood, eventually! <3 and LOVE for their husbandxwife relationship

    The first installment of a trilogy on the life of Genghis Khan.The film shows how the events of khans early years lead him to become the legendary conqueror.
    its a great epic story and a must see
