Good Flick, better than average.
''Okay, first things fuckin' last!''
After a simple jewelery heist goes terribly wrong, the surviving criminals, codenamed after colours, begin to suspect that one of them is a police informant. As they all make their way back to the safe house things heat up.

Being the first film of Quentin's i knew it would be amazing when i had the pleasure of seeing this a while back. What i got exceeded all expectations that if you have a black sense of humour like i do you will eat this up.
I always find how amusing that this film is so underrated and how its mainly filmed in one location, the simplicity of it all shows me one thing. A big budget, fancy effects all count for nothing in the face of human acting powerfully played out by actors who know what their doing with the material given. Reservoir Dogs hands down is definitely one of these in the latter regard.
Its overly violent, and swearing flows throughout but you can expect that from a QT movie. As with all QT movies the soundtrack and music is perfect, and he uses tracks and songs that will assault your ears and burn into you along with the particular scene.
Best scene for me are when Michael Madsen's character Mr Blonde is torturing the cop made me laugh hard appealing to my dark humour. Just as he's about to burn him he...well let's just say i was open mouthed on my first viewing. His iconic line, ''Are you gonna bark all day, little doggy, or are you gonna bite? '' always makes me crack a sly smile.
The late Chris Penn's Nice Guy Eddie with his cheesy badly coloured track suit and his little ''Last thing's first'' outburst is so stupid and so funny it had me in stitches.
The final scene where a man has put his trust into a fellow who friendship has blossomed is heart wrenching to watch, the ending will leave you with much to think over and hopefully satisfied, sated.''Somebody's shoved a red-hot poker up our ass, and I want to know whose name is on the handle! ''
Had to watch this for Welsh Baccaluriate and media studies >< not that impressed and i found it quite slow plus i couldnt get into the plot at all. but i think it still was a good film ^^
I'm scared to add comment. Nothing more needs to be said. How fecking good is the screenplay of this number? How good is Harvey? (Pink or black ... whatever, I forget .. who cares?) Petrol as an antidote to a severed ear? If i offered to show it to you tonight, would you deline? Of couorse not - this made the big Mr T and set new celluloid benchamrks - will they be beaten? Saw? PulP? nahhhhhhhh
This is a really good movie. there are some awesome twists in this movie. If you want a good crime movie, this is a really good one.
