Aaron Eckhart Wants Angelina Jolie to Play Catwoman

Aaron Eckhart thinks it would be "fantastic" if Angelina Jolie played Catwoman in Christopher Nolan's next Batman film.

Eckhart played Harvey Dent and his villainous alter-ego Two-Face in 2008's The Dark Knight, and believes Jolie would be perfect to star in the sequel.

He says, "I've heard Angelina Jolie really wants to do Catwoman.

"I think that's a fantastic idea. I'll be a happy audience member next time."

Aaron, 40, also insists the chances of him returning as Two Face in the next Batman movie are just like his character - dead.

Although he was rumored to be making a comeback in The Dark Knight sequel following the tragic death of Heath Ledger who played The Joker, Eckhart has been assured that it isn't happening.

He said, "It would be easier than anything to bring him back, but Chris has told me he's definitely dead so that's it."

    dont have catwoman cuz thats too much like the old ones, especially if they have penguin, its exactly the same. instead they should bring in ras al ghuls daughter, who actually falls in love with batman, they shouldnt do the whole son part, but have her in it, cuz shes actually like a villain/good guy. and then u can tie it back to the first one. and in nolans universe, the riddler would seem like the best fit, for a good third movie

    Catwoman is a shitty villian - it doesn't matter how great the actress is under the mask, it still would ruin the next Batman film. besides, we've seen 2 different incarnations of Catwoman; lets try something else. PLEASE.

    I agree with Aaron I think Angelina Jolie would be a really good Catwoman...if she can find somewhere in her hectic schedule to actually DO the movie! However it might be interesting to bring Halle Berry back as Catwoman just because she is the most recent Catwoman and it would be interesting to tie both the Catwoman and Batman movies together in some way.
    But then again I'm thinking. We've already had a lot of Catwoman movies in the past. Wouldn't it be interesting to bring in a villain that is not as popular as Catwoman? If they do another Catwoman it will be this big thing about trying to beat all the previous Catwoman movies which MIGHT get a BIT desperate and ruin the movie altogether. Maybe they SHOULD move on to someone different.
